Standard Rate:
The cancellation is free of charge 5 working days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 75% the room rate as cancellation fee.
Non Refundable Rate:
For the non-refundable bookings is no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 75% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
During the FAIRS we have special cancellation policy:
Free of charge up to 2 weeks prior the date of arrival (Medica, Drupa 6 weeks), after this time we’ll charge 75% the room rate if we could not sell the room.
Group Booking (3 rooms and more):
Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in Policy:
Check-in time starts at 12 noon. Charges may be applied with an early check-in.
Guests are advised to specify their stay duration while check-in. If upon check-in guest did not specify the duration of his or her stay, the management will presume it is for one night stay.
Check-out Policy:
Check-out time is at 11 am, failure of which may result into 50% payment of the room rate. However, if the check-out exceeds 4 pm, the hotel management will charge full day stay rate.
